Diminishing return on specialization in Vietnam

Most manufacturing & commerce activities in the economy have not been specialized to the level that require deep specialization of skills.

Lack of tools (technological equipment, data for research).

A good case study is to look at success models of the most successful businesses in Vietnam: investing in breadth.

Vietnam is still the economy that one has to develop a broad set of skills to navigate through one’s career.
